Commercial deep cleaning
A deep clean is top-to-bottom detail work for a space that needs more than a routine visit. We take care of the areas regular cleaning skips, like baseboards, vents and high dusting, and give restrooms and breakrooms a full scrub.
Deep cleaning is available for offices and commercial spaces across Orange County, Los Angeles County and the Inland Empire.
What a deep clean covers
- Baseboards, door frames and doors wiped down
- Air vents and return grilles dusted
- High dusting: ledges, tops of cabinets and partitions, light fixtures within reach
- Restrooms scrubbed top to bottom: fixtures, partitions, walls around fixtures, floors and corners
- Breakrooms: cabinet fronts, appliance exteriors, sink, counters and tables
- Light switches, outlet covers and handles detailed
- Interior glass, partitions and mirrors
- Floors detailed, including edges and corners, and under accessible furniture
We'll walk the space with you first and agree on exactly what's in scope.
When a deep clean makes sense
- Before recurring service starts, so the building begins from a clean baseline.
- Before an inspection, an audit or an important client visit.
- After a slow season, or before reopening a space that's been closed.
- Once or twice a year, to catch the buildup routine cleaning doesn't reach.
Deep cleaning vs. regular cleaning
Regular service keeps a space clean day to day. A deep clean resets it. Many buildings pair the two: a deep clean to start, then recurring janitorial service to keep it there.
Where we offer deep cleaning
We're based in Anaheim and work across Southern California.
Questions about deep cleaning
How long does a commercial deep clean take?
It depends on the size of the space and its condition. We'll give you a time estimate along with the quote after the walkthrough.
Do you need the space empty?
No. We can deep clean an occupied space after hours. Anything you'd like moved or left alone, we'll note on the checklist.
