When the crews are out, the space still isn't ready. We clean up construction dust and leftover debris and do the finish-ready detail work so a renovated or newly built commercial space can open for tenants, inspections or move-in.

What post-construction cleaning covers
- Construction dust removed from ledges, sills, door frames, vents and fixtures
- Leftover small debris and packaging cleared from the space
- Stickers, labels and residue removed from windows, fixtures and appliances where safe to do so
- Interior windows, glass and mirrors cleaned
- Restrooms and kitchens cleaned, fixtures wiped and polished
- Cabinets and drawers wiped inside and out
- Floors vacuumed, swept and mopped, including edges and corners
- Final walk-through so the space is ready to show
Scope and timing are confirmed at the walkthrough, based on the project and when the trades will be finished.
