R&E Facility Solutions provides recurring janitorial service for offices and commercial buildings across Orange County, Los Angeles County and the Inland Empire. We clean nightly, a few times a week, or weekly, on a schedule that fits your operating hours.
Every account starts with a free on-site walkthrough, and every visit follows a checklist built for your building.
What a typical visit covers
- Trash and recycling emptied, liners replaced
- Restrooms cleaned and disinfected: toilets, urinals, sinks, counters, mirrors and partitions
- Paper towel, toilet paper and soap dispensers restocked
- Breakrooms and kitchens: counters, sinks, tables and appliance exteriors wiped down
- Lobbies, entries, hallways and common areas tidied and dusted
- High-touch points disinfected: door handles, push plates, light switches, railings and elevator buttons
- Carpets vacuumed, hard floors swept and mopped
- Entry doors and interior glass spot-cleaned
This is a typical scope. Your actual checklist is written at the walkthrough, based on your building and how it's used.
Restroom and breakroom supplies
We restock dispensers on every visit. Paper towels, toilet paper and hand soap can be supplied by you, or provided by R&E for an additional charge.
Built around your hours
Most janitorial work happens after your team leaves, in the evening or overnight, so nothing interrupts the workday. If your building needs early-morning service before you open, or daytime coverage, we'll set the schedule up that way instead.

Questions about commercial janitorial services
How often should an office or commercial building be cleaned?
It depends on how many people use the space and how much traffic it gets. Busy offices and buildings with daily staff are usually cleaned nightly or several nights a week; smaller or lightly used spaces are often fine with weekly service. We'll recommend a frequency at the walkthrough based on what we see.
Do I need to be there while you clean?
No. Most clients have us clean after hours. We'll agree on how access, alarm codes and lock-up are handled during the walkthrough.
Can the checklist change later?
Yes. Your checklist is built at the walkthrough and can be adjusted as your needs change. Just tell David what you'd like added or moved around.
