We disinfect high-touch surfaces in offices and commercial buildings using EPA-listed products, either as part of your regular janitorial visits or as a one-time service when you need it.
Service is available across Orange County, Los Angeles County and the Inland Empire.

Products are applied according to the label directions, including how long the surface needs to stay wet to work.
Cleaning, sanitizing and disinfecting are different
Cleaning removes dirt and grime from a surface. Sanitizing lowers the number of germs to a safer level. Disinfecting uses a registered product to kill the germs listed on its label, and it only works as labeled when the surface stays wet for the full contact time.
Disinfectants work best on surfaces that are already clean, so we clean visible dirt first and disinfect second.
When to schedule a one-time disinfection
Common reasons: an illness going around the office, cold and flu season, reopening a space after it's been closed, or before and after a large event or meeting.

What does EPA-listed mean?
In the United States, disinfectants that claim to kill germs must be registered with the EPA. The label says which germs the product is approved for and exactly how to use it. We use EPA-listed products and follow those label directions.
Can disinfection be added to regular cleaning?
Yes. High-touch disinfection can be part of every recurring visit, or scheduled as a one-time service when you need it.
