What does R&E Facility Solutions do?
R&E Facility Solutions LLC is a commercial janitorial and facility services company. We clean offices and commercial buildings: recurring janitorial service, office cleaning, disinfection and sanitizing, deep cleaning, post-construction cleanup, move-in/move-out cleaning and supplies management.
Where are you located, and what areas do you serve?
We're based in Anaheim, California, and serve Orange County, Los Angeles County and the Inland Empire.
How do I get a quote?
Every account starts with a free on-site walkthrough. David looks at the space, talks through what you need, and puts together a custom quote. You can book a walkthrough online, call (714) 471-8337, or send a request through the contact page.
Is the walkthrough really free?
Yes. The on-site walkthrough and the quote are free.
Are you licensed and insured?
Yes. R&E Facility Solutions is fully licensed and insured. If your building requires proof of insurance from vendors, bring it up during the walkthrough.
Do you clean after hours?
Yes. Cleaning is scheduled around your operating hours: evenings, overnight, early morning before you open, or during the day if that's what your building needs.
How often can you clean?
Recurring service can be nightly, a few times a week or weekly. Deep cleaning, post-construction cleanup and move-in/move-out cleaning are usually one-time jobs.
What products do you use for disinfecting?
We use EPA-listed disinfectants on high-touch surfaces and follow the label directions, including contact time.
Who will I be working with?
The owner. David Jimenez has more than 10 years in the cleaning industry and stays your point of contact from the first walkthrough through ongoing service. No call center, no account rotation.
Do you provide paper towels, toilet paper and soap?
We can. We restock dispensers on every visit. Paper towels, toilet paper and hand soap can be supplied by you, or provided by R&E for an additional charge.
How much does commercial cleaning cost?
Every quote is custom. Price depends on the size of the space, the number of restrooms and breakrooms, how often you want service and what's on your checklist, which is why every account starts with a free walkthrough.
